A soft creamy Brie style cheese made with 100% locally sourced Guernsey cows’ milk, giving a lovely golden cheese, with mushroomy and tangy flavours, leaving a lovely creamy after taste. Can be eaten young or left to ripen for up to four weeks.
These are beautifully hand-wrapped and have a shelflife of approximately 4 weeks from date of purchase and are between 185 -200g, weight may slightly vary as these are individually hand made.
