A soft lactic French style cheese made with 100% locally sourced Guernsey Cow’s milk from Lane End, Bucks. It can be eaten at two weeks old where the taste is creamy and fresh, with notes of lemon or it can be enjoyed at 4+ weeks old for a more mature flavour where the cheese starts to break down like a Camembert, but better, as it develops a complexed unique flavour due to the Guernsey Cow’s milk.


These are beautifully hand-wrapped and have a shelflife of approximately 4 weeks from date of purchase and are  a minimum weight of 120g; weight may slightly vary as these are individually hand made. 


For deliveries, all of our cheese is carefully packed in insulated temperature controlled packaging so it reaches you in perfect condition.
