A hard Gouda style cheese, made with 100% locally soured Cow’s milk. It has a delicious, nutty and buttery flavour; as this cheese matures the flavour and texture profile changes, giving a sharp but pleasant flavour with a crystallised texture, coated in a traditional yellow finish.
